Robert P. Campbell, Jr.

 

Rob has been a member of Parrish and Shaw since 1987, with one brief departure to Dallas in 1994 to study for his master's degree in literature and critical theory. 

He concentrates his practice in complex business litigation, private placement adoptions, and select tort matters like malicious prosecution, premises liability and defamation.

Rob has been a member of the Tennessee Bar since 1991 and currently is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Tennessee.

 

Education & Interests:

Rob has a B.B.A. in Economics and  B.A. in English Literature from the University of Memphis.  He received his J.D. from the University of Memphis in 1989, and in 1996 received an M.A., with honors, from Southern Methodist University, with a thesis concentration on the problem of the ineffable in the work of the romantic and modernist poets.
